1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene reasons, cleaning tools or cloths that show signs of use cannot be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
